Blood Testing
Weight Management Screen
What Is a Weight Management Screening?
A Weight Wellness Screen is a blood test designed to investigate possible medical causes of unexplained weight loss or weight gain. It assesses key markers related to metabolism, hormones, organ function, and nutritional status to help identify underlying health issues that may be affecting body weight.
This screening may help detect conditions such as thyroid disorders, metabolic imbalances, diabetes, inflammation, or nutritional deficiencies. It provides a broad overview of your health and can support healthcare professionals in identifying factors that may be influencing changes in weight.

What could the results mean and why should I consider the test?

- Type 1 Diabetes or Type 2 Diabetes
- Liver or kidney disease
- Chronic infections or inflammation
- Nutritional deficiencies (iron, vitamin B12, etc.)
