Online Services Cancellation/Refund Policy
1. Overview
We understand that plans can change, and we will do our best to accommodate you on a different date. If you need to cancel, here is what you need to know. This policy outlines the terms for refunds, cancelling appointments, reservations, or orders.
Please note that consultation deposits cannot be refunded after the consultation is completed.
2. Notice Period
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive 100% of the deposit back.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will forfeit the deposit.
3. How to Cancel
Cancellations can be made via our app or website. If you booked in the pharmacy, please call them to cancel the appointment directly.
4. Refunds
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within our payment providers standard turnaround times via the original payment method.
5. Exceptions
Emergencies or exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the pharmacy to discuss.
6. No-shows
Customers who do not show up without prior notice will forfeit their deposit and will not be eligible for a refund.
7. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on our website and/or communicated to customers.
