We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Facilities Co-ordinator to join our Head Office team. This varied role will involve providing support across key functions, including Facilities and Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordination of utilities provision, including electricity, gas, telecoms, water, and waste services
- Assist with health & safety administration, including documentation and reporting
- Support compliance activities
- Administration of rent, business rates, and property-related documentation
- Organise and coordinate premises repairs and maintenance, both emergency and scheduled
- Liaise with contractors and trades to arrange works and follow up on progress
- Maintain accurate databases and filing systems.
- Support wider head office functions as required.
- Handle general enquiries and provide a high level of service to both internal and external stakeholders.
About You:
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills.
- Competent IT skills (Microsoft Office or similar).
- A proactive, flexible and team-focused approach.
