Facilities Co-ordinator

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Facilities Co-ordinator to join our Head Office team. This varied role will involve providing support across key functions, including Facilities and Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordination of utilities provision, including electricity, gas, telecoms, water, and waste services
  • Assist with health & safety administration, including documentation and reporting
  • Support compliance activities
  • Administration of rent, business rates, and property-related documentation
  • Organise and coordinate premises repairs and maintenance, both emergency and scheduled
  • Liaise with contractors and trades to arrange works and follow up on progress
  • Maintain accurate databases and filing systems.
  • Support wider head office functions as required.
  • Handle general enquiries and provide a high level of service to both internal and external stakeholders.

About You:

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills.
  • Competent IT skills (Microsoft Office or similar).
  • A proactive, flexible and team-focused approach.
