Medical Cannabis Explained

Medical cannabis has been legal in the UK since 2018, available to eligible patients when prescribed by a specialist doctor. Unlike the CBD products you might find on the high street, medical cannabis is manufactured to meet pharmaceutical standards, and can contain other cannabinoids including THC.

In order to access medical cannabis treatment in the UK, a patient must be deemed eligible by their prescribing clinic.

Before completing a full assessment, Curaleaf Dispensaries have provided some standard criteria to determine how likely you may be eligible.
